Cold buffets are the most versatile of all types of catering, enabling flexible eating times and can be prepared in advance to enable a great balance for a variety of food. I can cater for many numbers in this style and have put a selection of menus below. I have also put some Tapas style menus below which are great sharing dishes, working great for buffets.

Fresh vegetable crudites, Home made chunky guacamole and freshly made varieties of Humus.

Tapas style Menus (Variety of hot and cold dishes)
Paella; Chicken, Chorizo, mixed fish, shellfish, peppers, peas, saffron rice, garlic and herbs.
Vegetarian Paella, Saute peppers, onion, garlic, aubergine, tomatoes, chickpeas and saffron rice.
Roast Pork in garlic and parsley butter.
Chicken thighs in garlic and lemon butter.
Crispy fried potatoes in tomato and chili sauce.
Mixed marinated black and green olives.Slow roasted tomatoes, garlic and basil.
Large green lip mussells, shallot, garlic and parsley butter.
Chickpea, chorizo and tomato stew.Saute king prawns and chorizo in garlic and chili butter.
Chicken wings, chili, cumin, paprika and sea salt.
Serrano ham and black olive tapanade.Fried baby squid, garlic and parsley butter.
Saute peppers, shallots, chickpeas, chili and tomatoes.
