Slow roasted salmon supreme,

Baby roast potatoes, balsamic glazed cherry tomatoes, 
grilled green peppers and fresh basil.





Another great dinner at home. Salmon is a beautiful fish and it is no wonder that it has been popular on so many menus over many years. We enjoyed it tonight quite simply, slow roasted, with a touch of pink in the middle. It was beautifully moist and went really well with the little roasted potatoes.
