I made a fantastic marinade for some diced leg of lamb which I then skewered for some kebabs. I used fresh red chilli, paprika, garlic and olive oil. I cooked these indoors but they would also make a great BBQ dish.

I also did some crispy home style skin on chips, coconut and yoghurt dip, hot chilli and pepper salsa, coriander and garlic flat breads and saute spinach with garlic and freshly grated nutmeg.
